Refund Policy

Last updated: June 13, 2026

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products once the delivery has been processed.

1. No Refund on Digital Products

Because EbookCourier delivers digital goods (ebooks and other downloadable content) that are instantly accessible upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order has been processed and the delivery email has been dispatched, we are unable to reverse the transaction.

2. Why We Have This Policy

Digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. Once a customer has access to a download link, the content has been transferred. To protect the rights of content creators and merchants, we maintain a strict no-refund policy consistent with industry standards for digital goods.

3. Exceptions

We will consider a resolution (not a refund) in the following limited circumstances:

  • The delivery email was never received and our tracking system shows it was never delivered.
  • The download link was provably non-functional (404, broken file, etc.).
  • A duplicate charge occurred due to a technical error.

In these cases, we will re-send the delivery or investigate the issue. Any resolution is provided at our sole discretion and does not constitute a waiver of this no-refund policy.

4. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed without contacting us first, we reserve the right to provide delivery evidence — including email open events, link click records, and IP address logs — to the payment processor to dispute the chargeback.

5. Contact Us

If you believe you qualify for an exception, please submit a support ticket within 7 days of your purchase. Include your order ID and a description of the issue.
